The hotel check-in and out was a breeze, saving me from having to move my belongings around. The room was very spacious with beautiful furniture, although some amenities were lacking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, approachable, and kind, even going the extra mile to offer extras after a mistake on their part. The location was great, close to all the attractions at Darling Harbour, but a bit exposed to the wind. The dining experience had a mishap with noise from other rooms, but the comfortable bed made up for it.
The hotel offers a range of room sizes from the 76 square metre Star Suite to the MORE THAN 146 square metre Royal Suite. While the rooms were absolutely filthy with dirty tissues in the lounge room and balloons stuck to the roof, the convenience of streaming our devices to the TV in any room on a rainy day was a plus.
The hotel rooms were so beautiful that I'm already planning to stay again with my girlfriends for a birthday next month. Despite a reduced price due to construction work, the rooms were large and very comfortable. The only downside was having one double bed instead of two singles in the second room for the teenage boys to share.
The hotel is in a great location, with a fantastic food court nearby and easy access to Darling Harbour. The rooms, although lacking some amenities like a stove or washing machine, were still comfortable. The service was a bit hit-or-miss with some staff being helpful and others not quite knowledgeable. The dining experience was highlighted by a fantastic breakfast, though some noise and unexpected visitors like cockroaches were off-putting. Overall, a convenient location but with some room for improvement in service and cleanliness.
The hotel is conveniently located near Darling Harbour restaurants and a short scenic walk to the CBD. The service was exceptional, although some aspects could be enhanced. The room quality was a definite highlight, despite minor noise issues. Overall, a lovely stay with good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though spacious and comfortable, could have been cleaner. The service was friendly overall, but with some hiccups. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. Dining options were satisfactory but had room for improvement.
