clean room accommodating staff valet parking

The rooms were amazing and very clean. I found the staff very accommodating. access to the city was easy from this location. we were upgraded, so we were very happy with our stay and the valet parking.

this is not a cheap hotel and behaves like one.

The reception staff was polite and professional. They looked after me well at reception. the valet team was accommodating and ensured everything went smoothly, leading up to our wedding day. Their service was helpful.

The room was of a nice size and had modern decor. I found the bed very comfortable. there were two rain showers available. Also the auto blackout blinds provided a restful environment.

I had a $50 daily food and drink credit for selected restaurants. porta cucina provided poor service. that was the only negative aspect in terms of dining. there were multiple options available.

the location was perfect and provided easy access to the city. the light rail offered a convenient route to the central business district. i could also catch a ferry to the opera house.

The hotel featured a good spa. I also noted a heated pool. the level of cleanliness was excellent. the towels were of a high standard being fluffy and soft.

immaculate room excellent decor convenient location filthy rug terrible sofa putrid lighting

the room was immaculate. the decor was excellent. dinner and breakfast were in the same location, so i did not need to leave the building (i thought that was convenient). the light rail was just downstairs.

the rug was not just stained, but filthy. the black sofa was in a terrible state with previous guests' residue. the lighting was putrid and covered in dust. saturday morning i spoke with hotel staff regarding the cleanliness. they were horrified at the state of the room.
